Residing in Seattle at this time of 12 months, it’s straightforward to start dreaming about azure waters and sun-kissed seashores.  Nevertheless, the Holiday Time also awakens in me my obsession for journey to snowy mountains and all of the exciting and adventurous methods the winter season lets us get up and down them. Skiing, sledding, snow-shoeing, ice-skating, snowboarding, and alpine climbing will get us to bundle up, breathe in that clean cold air, and go play in snow and it gets us into the getaway spirit – at least those of us in the Northern Hemisphere.  So get a mug of cocoa, and appreciate these pictures that will get you yearning for much more of the white fluffy things.
